I am not clear on how the IQWServer handles loads in it's default mode.
Let's say no FTP limits placed on WAN connections.
The first IP connection will use available bandwidth.
Another IP connects... is the bandwidth distributed between the two?
A third different IP tries to connect... is it now split 3 ways??
