Bug in W3C logging: cs-host is included whenever cs-version is picked.

I am trying to make my log file format compatible with AWStats IIS
configuration which requires the format to be the following:

date
time
c-ip
cs-username
cs-method
cs-uri-stem
cs-uri-query
sc-status
sc-bytes
cs-version
cs(User-Agent)
cs(Referer)

The problem is that whenever I enable cs-version, cs-host is also
enabled (even though in the "NetFileServer.ini" file, that field is
set to 0). Also if I disable all fields with the exception of
cs-host, no fields are included in the log. So... whatever writes the
log file, is grouping cs-version with cs-host, they are not being
separated. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and does anyone
have a solution?
