SSL Setup with GoDaddy wildcard cert

We have a wildcard SSL cert for our domain that we'd like to use with
the HTTP server. I've confirmed the GoDaddy cert is in PEM format
using the OpenSSL tools. When I add the cert to the SSL/TLS setup on
the server configuration and restart I don't get any errors but the
https:// site does not come up.

Do you have any suggestions on how to debug what's going wrong?
