PC executable embedded in javascript?

Re. the page in question: I tried changing the hex characters to decimal
entities and also converted the control codes to decimal entities. It
didn't work. Perhaps the line is too long. But I'll send it to Oliver to
see if it's a problem with IBrowse or just bad coding.
