From hex reading the exe...

NEWBROWSER URL,BROWSEWINDOWNR/N,ACTIVATE/N

so try

NEWBROWSER ACTIVATE

Or rather, NEWBROWSER ACTIVATE=1

Thanks for that, I'd tried ACTIVE but not ACTIVATE!

BTW I found the command did not work for me with the "=&quot; sign (nothing happened) and I had to enclose the whole thing in quotes otherwise I got a program not found error. So the ARexx command I ended up with was:

&quot;NEWBROWSER ACTIVATE 1"

It's now working the way I want again
