When it is displayed in ImageFx it is a sort of summary form. That is IFx
never shows the multi thousand wide image pixel by pixel. It shows it via
a buffer. Either you are looking at it as a reduced image or if you
enlarge it to "real size" you have to scroll around it.

My suspician is that there is a problem showing it real width in Ibrowse
which may have to do with the width of the image and the screen formatting
capabilities of the OS.

Just a theory however.
