Thanks. I'll have a good look around the defaults and prefs to see what
goodies are missing.

OK, looks like I already had that - only DH is disabled.

Would this include emulation? I'm running Amithlon, but only on a 933
MHz machine.
Thanks for your feedback. Lookin' good!
Now that chorus of praise has died down, I ought to finally add my own
voice to say 'Thanks' for all the hard work getting 2.4 out the door. I
will say this - I've finally been using Firefox a fair bit (on a Mac
Mini) and after all the hoopla I'm pretty unimpressed. I guess it's
partly what you're used to, but the application itself just feels
awkward compared to IBrowse. Some of that may just be the Mac's GUI
system. Anyway I still use IBrowse primarily, and simply save URLs to a
shared folder when I want to change seats and browse with the Mac - for
Flash content, typically.
I had to change a bunch of things in IBrowse 2.4 right away, but thanks
for making everything so configurable. I wasn't crazy about the new
graphic status icons or the context mouse pointer. But that's partly my
point above - it took about three minutes for me to stumble on those
items in prefs. On other browsers, I think I would just have to get used
to it. (Of course, the new features are very nice, but it's great to
have a choice!!) The new image placeholder was an interesting issue for
me. I've long felt something better than the old 'tree' image would be
worthwhile, but was too lazy to investigate. Since I still typically
browse with images off, I found the switch to 2.4 rather disconcerting -
all those 'eyes' staring at me from every page!! I was happy to see how
easy it was to edit the 'Picture' file to my liking, and surprised to
see that reducing it 50% didn't affect the way the strip gets used by
the program. Magic!
Thanks again!
