mp4wrtr.dll missing

Hello everybody,

i'm having a little problem, i'm trying to use the
helixpluginfilewriter
with the
mediasinkencoder sample.
The problem is that when the plugin is being called,
there is a problem to load a certain dll, mp4wrtr.dll ( (MP4
writer)),
does anybody know where i can find it?or is there an
alternative way?
