using matrox meteor as producer source

Hi,

 

I've taken over a project

48.html) in which a matrox frame grabber (meteor 2/4) is
used.

The video feed coming from the frame grabber is forwarded to
helix server.

 

The problem is that the previous guy didn't leave the source
so I can't make
changes.

 

I thought maybe command line application of the producer can
be used but
producer doesn't recognize the frame grabber as a device.

 

How can I add my matrox frame grabber as a source device to
producer? (can
it be a driver problem?)

 

Also I will appreciate if you could tell me another frame
grabber card,
(preferably another matrox) with the same specs with meteor
2/4, which can
be used by helix producer as a source device.
