test SP_ALLOW_DIFFERENT_OUPUT_SIZES feature

Hi

I am trying to test SP_ALLOW_DIFFERENT_OUPUT_SIZES. I
believe this
property allows the client to honor changes to output frame
size of
the stream. But i am not getting any test content which has
a changing
framesize while playing.

I tried using the producer to make a test file, but in
producer also i
am not getting anyway of making the framesize change during
playback.

Could someone suggest what is the way to make a test file
which could
test the SP_ALLOW_DIFFERENT_OUPUT_SIZES feature?
