Files with extension rmvb should be playable by RealPlayer
10.
HelixProducer chooses extension depending upon audiences
used. So if you
have used Variable Bitrate Audience, then file will have
rmvb extension.
Please provide details of audience or job file used with
helix producer.

Hello,
I am trying to generate Movie content for Helix Server 11
(running on Ubuntu
7).
Since it just streams .rm as video, I was trying to convert
.mov files to
.rm.
However, Real Producer (on Windows) outputs the file with
extension
.rmvb when i chose high quality options for the output
video.
Also, when I put the .rmvb file into Content folder, it does
not
stream to Real Player 10 over RTSP. Actually even Real
Player 10 could
not open it locally.
What can i do to stream .rmvb or to produce high quality .rm
movies
from .mov via Real Producer?
