'From' address missing in emails sent using Ilohamail

I don't know if this is a problem with ilohamail or my email server setup, but when a user sends a message using Ilohamail, the envelope 'from' gets lost.

Ie when looking at the email, (in a normal email client or ilohamail) the From is blank, but the Subject and To fields are OK.

Has anyone else had this?

It only happens when sending using Ilohamail, which makes me think that it is a problem in ilohamail, not my email system.

Also, lots of the header info appears in the body of the email. For example, this is the BODY of the email:

ie the body should only say "testing."

This is the actual header:

Thanks,
