issues converting jpg to pnm

Try

  identify logo:

Does that work?  If not, try exiting your command prompt and
firing it
again so it has the latest path information.  If it still
fails it looks like
the ImageMagick install did not work properly.  Check
c:\Program Files\ImageMagick-6.2.8-Q16 and make sure
ImageMagick exists.  Do
you have an ImageMagick icon on your desktop?  If not, try
reinstalling
ImageMagick again.
