problem witch conversion from jpeg(Adobe profile)

Welcome,
I have a problem when i am trying to convert between jpg
file (with Adobe profile) to jpg (with sRgb profile)
i converted this way lots of files but problem is only when
i try convert files from Camera Canon EOS 5D. IM do not
recognize profile in source file (Photoshop recognize it
wothout problem). I'm attaching sample file from Canon EOS
5D. After command IM just strip image from Adobe profile and
that's all he do nothing.

my IM version is 6.2.9
Operation System: Windows XP Proffesional
Command i used to convert: convert
"c:\_MG_0125.JPG" -profile
"c:\profiles\sRGB Color Space Profile.icm"
"c:\new_MG_0125.JPG";
i was trying with  -type truecolor -colorspace rgb -quality
100 options  byt effect was the same.
