PSD importing is not enough accurate.

Imagemagick 6.3.0.6: convert.exe is not accurate to convert
PSD files 
to TGA 32 files. Also Imagemagick test app (imdisplay.exe)
loads this 
PSD file as reported in the next rows.

Converting the demo file source.PSD file  (please download
the 
PSDproblem.zip) into TARGET.TGA file or simply loading the
PSD with 
(imdisplay.exe):
1) it easy to detect some defects around the edges of the
ROBERTO 
word in fact there is a white/gray  border all around the 
word  that  is not good to see in any professional task
because it 
produces a bad aliasing artifacts.

2)On the source.psd the glow effect  applied to DMITRY words
is a 
yellow gradient (please check using Photoshop) but in the
target.TGA 
or in the test app (imdisplay.exe)  it is now a white
gradient.
