command line of 'convert -interlace none
05_CustAppCard_Dec.pdf 
05_CustAppCard_Dec-interlace.jpg' produced an identical
image confirmed by 
'diff -q 05_CustAppCard_Dec-interlace.jpg
05_CustAppCard_Dec.jpg'.
