--version, --help

The workings of --version and --help are somewhat
inconsistent in
ImageMagick, and not like how typical GNU apps behave.

For example, display and mogrify produce a "unable to
open file" for
both --version and --help, and convert and montage produce
the same
output for --version as for --help.

The behaviour should be the same for all programs, and
--version should
only output the first 2 lines of what --help outputs. (And
keep it on
stdout.)
