complicated clipping path in a jpeg image is lost

Hi

When a complicated clipping path is included in a jpeg image
and the image is processed in
ImageMagick 5.5.7 and saved as a tif file, then the clipping
path is lost. I am using JMagick
as an interface to ImageMagick and I am using Windows xp and
Windows Server 2003.
I have problems when I am using newer versions of
ImageMagick.

Does anybody know if the problem have been solved in the
newer versions of ImageMagick.

It is very important for me to get this problem solved and I
am eventually willing to
pay something to get a solution. I am aware of that
ImageMagick is an open source
product, which mean that the solution will be avaible to
everybody.
