poor performance with Windows and SVG

IM can take hundreds of megabytes of memory and serveral
minutes of precious
system time to process a simple BW image. Microsoft Paint
can do this in
seconds with very little memory usage (/wastage).

So what's your point? 

I mean just cut the boloney and stick with useful advice
please.

Hi, got a question about a proper way to do something.

My source is a file where i have all pixels and colors.

Something like:
1x1 #FF0000
1x2 #00FF00
etc...

It means pixel at 1x1 is red, pixel at 1x2 is green...

I know (by reading the file) how big the image is going to
be, so canvas
creation is not a problem.

But what would be the best way to take care that all the
pixels get the
right color?

(if necessary i can change the text file).
