3rd Party Web Host - Who is Best?

Hi all,

I am trying to find an excellent webhost that allows
Imagemagick on 
their servers.

I ran into the following problem with our current host:

When we tried to manipulate images larger than a few MB,
well, it 
just would not work.  In looking at the settings, our host
would not 
allow us to manipulate the memory we wanted to use, such as 
"--enable-memory-limit"  to say "memory_limit
32M".  Instead we could 
not manipulate the memory, and all of our manipulations of
larger 
files failed, and TIFF's would not work at all.

So we are looking for a host that offers a decent amount of
space and 
bandwidth, but also allows the full use of Imagemagick,
without 
limiting the files size / memory.
