Yes but you need to buy it, and it only works from Windows.
It also can not manipulate images in other ways, or is
directly usable
from commandline, PHP, Perl, C or many other languages.
However the previous SWF utilities tool
"swfextract"

Can be used under unix systems and the command line, and
could be added as a delegate to IM.
In fact if I get time I may even use it as a 'how to add a
delegate'
example in IM Examples.
Or someone could write an Example set one for inclusion in
IM examples.
