    With the upcoming 
release of PIL 1.1.6, I was wondering if the group3 and group4 compression would 
be implemented.

... or is that 
more a "not in this life time" issue ?


 


About 
to start on a new project and would like to use PIL if possible, and expect to 
work with alot of TIFF files.
