Eric - the central document is attached below, if all goes
well with this 
erratic computer.  It was written in Correl 9 Word Perfect,
where on the diskette 
it was available both in that format and in Word for
Windows. 

Our webmistress this year suggered four catastrophic
collapses of her 
computer and only in the past few days have we been able to
make much inroad on the 
heap of problems that caused.  I hope that sometime in the
next few months I 
will indeed be able to put this up on my website, along with
the other items 
that I had provided in the diskette.  Thank you for writing.

  I am waiting for my diskette, and once, I have it, I would
be happy to turn it in to a PDF. File, if you would find
that helpful, my friend who is in California, as requested
for my copy and is going to send it too, me when she gets
it. So if you would like the data turned into a PDF, just
send me an e-mail and I would be happy to do this. As a
thank you for sharing your wisdom, I would also be happy to
turn any other data you might consider as a possibility.
