I see you are a Reiki stress practitioner - have you removed
most stress just
before taking tests or taking practice runs? Another way to
do that is the
calm-breathing patterns taught in http://www.winwen
ger.com/part28.htm and
part29.htm You can take that further by several minutes of
"noise-removal-breathing up and away" whatever had
been between you and full clarity.
Also, if there are any games or computer games you are
really good at, to the
point where you have this cool calm feeling going with
everything clicking
your way just right, retrieve that feeling, anchor it in
some way, and carry
that cool unhurried precision over to the test or practice
situation.
Also you can find some further suggestions at
http://www.winwen
ger.com/part79.htm which I believe you might find
useful. Good luck. Let us know how you
do. If you have further questions, considering what you
have at stake, don't
be shy of asking. ...win
