Gentlepersons: our main invention-finding procedure is "Beachhead," at http://www.winwenger.com/beachhd.htm Other pretty good ones for the purpose are basic ImageStreaming (with invention intention) at http://www.winwenger.com/imstream.htm, and High Thinktank, at http://www.winwenger.com/htt.htm Those of you who have copies of Discovering The Obvious will find Leo Zajac's very effective instructions and process, toward the end of the chapter titled, "Stretching To See Further." Even without process I see two possible inventions for purpose of this contest, but I will defer for several days to see if people here are having a go at it. Go for this while you can. ...win In a message dated 1/23/2007 12:31:05 PM Eastern Standard Time, oconnoriol.ie writes: > Hi, > I've just joined the list and thought that the competition below would > be a great opportunity for the list to get REALLY creative about > something that is real, and environmentally and strategically critical > to our survival as a species; CLEAN WATER. > > ARUPs (one of the world's biggest engineering firms) and WATERAID have > launched the following ideas competition.
