Win, you raise a valid point as fires can get out of control
just like the forest fires we see every summer. I suppose if
slash and char was to be adopted then some form of good
neighbor help program could be established where the
neighbors help each other. I know easier said than done in
today's selfish world but if we all don't learn to help each
other than all the good ideas in the world will not make any
difference. If I remember correctly I think it was Ronald
Reagan who said that the only way to unite mankind was if we
faced a threat from outer space. Now don't get me wrong I am
not heading up another path but as the President maybe he
knew something that we mere mortals don't. Regardless if he
did or didn't, the message is still the same either we pull
together as a species and conquer our problems or we cease
to exist. Sadly it appears at this point in time we are
rapidly slipping towards extinction.
