i've been doing some research on the web and apparently the
optimum
brainwave frequency for visualization is theta. i'm
downloading a
program which uses sound beats and screen flashing to induce
this
state. i figure it's worth a try at least to get me started
although
my problem is not that i can't visualise it's just i can't
tap in to
the undirected and spontaneous imagery that is
image-streaming. i'm
going to try the software immediately before attempting to
image-stream on my day off work. has anybody else tried it?
do you
consider it to be safe win? i haven't found any reference to
it on
your website and i'm sure you've considered its possible
value before.
i've tried the velvety smooth breathing technique but i
think i need
something more forceful to 'open the door' so to speak. i
have tried
to recruit a live partner as you suggest but unfortunately
most people
are too busy which is fair enough.
