There's a little more on the applications, but much of what you see in
Charles Roman's CoreBook on ImageStreaming you already have for free online at
http://www.winwenger.com/imstream.htm The the compact book, though, in hand can
be quite a convenience and easy to carry along to places where you might have
time and attention free to explore the process in its many forms and
ramifications.
In the student handbook, on the other hand, even with mostly the same methods
the writer has written so well, so simply and succinctly that it might as
well be a different methods technology. What Isa McKechnie has written is a real
coup, and a real help to a much wider range of students and learners,
independent and otherwise, than what I had written.
Mostly new to you is the book of creativity methods for writers. My original
intent was just an expansion on the one simple obvious application of
ImageStreaming to assure that one never ever has to undergo writer's block ever
again, nor wait for inspiration. That is still in there, absolutely guaranteed in
that particular application to do the job, but Mark Bossert, my co-author
wisely went way beyond that and as a result, anyone who has these methods in hand
will enjoy immediate rich creativity at every point in any project of his
which could use some, whether writing or with any other art.
