I find SCUBA diving a fabulous way to image stream.
First thing you need to know is you NEVER hold your breath while diving!
You could do major damage to yourself if you did.

Next thing you must know is that to get amazing images all you have to do is
keep your eyes open and bring a good flash light with you. Colors fade as
you dive deeper so bringing a good flash light will illuminate the true
colors as you want to know them.

After a few dives in Bonaire or Grand Camen your dreams and meditations will
be filled with sights and sounds the likes of which most people will never
experience.

Take my word for it, it's worth the learning curve and expense!

Hi Bruce,

I have no doubt that what you mention work great, as I experienced it
myself (even if not directly related with IS). I think it mainly works
by attenuating the "noisy thoughts" that normally fill our
consciousness, to let more of the perceiving aspects surface.
However, as you surely know, the principle behind held breath under
water is a physiological one and its goal is not (as I understood) to
give more ground for visualization but to increase our attention
capabilities, which is another tile of the mosaic.
