Ok This is my 2 cents. I have practiced IM intensively before and i got some results like lucid dreaming I felt kind of improvement in my mind ability as well. The thing is that when I had stopped practicing I were loosing those abilities. So in my experience it's not permanent. So you can compare it to musle when you stop practicing musle is slowly dissapearing.( sorry about grammar
That's my thought
Have a fun

It's interesting how many people wait for someone else to go first even in
trying something as simple and direct and beneficial as ImageStreaming. I don't
guarantee that everyone who practices ImageStreaming will win chess
tournaments, but it is a frequent, yea common, experience of nearly all practicing it
to find remarkably positive things happening. A lot of other authors and a lot
of other programs and disciplines are now incorporating our ImageStreaming
into their own operations - see a partial listing at
http://www.winwenger.com/citings.htm
Practice of easy-to-learm easy-to practice ImageStreaming brings much within
easy reach of practicaly everyone who avails himself of it. Chances are
better than 99 to 1 that YOU can ImageStream even if you've never consciously
looked a mental image in the face. Twenty-four of the guarantors of that are
sitting there waiting for you at http://www.winwenger.com/isbackup.htm Indeed, an
entire free curriculum on this remarkable process awaits you at
http://www.winwenger.com/imstream.htm
Indeed, you can easily share and co-explore this endlessly rewarding process
with friends, or even easily teach the process to entire groups at a time -
see the specific instructions for this sitting there waiting for you for free at

My deepest thanks to AnthonyD1500 for going first on behalf of at least a few
of the still-hesitants who are here among those reading this, and for opening
for them the doors of a wider universe. ....win
