I have the solution to your problem, as well as an additional accelerated improvement that you seek.

First, you must be sure to record your entire image-stream session, but immediately afterward listen to every word from what you've recorded. It may initially be boring, but the beautiful part is that your sub-conscious shares the same lack of enjoyment while listening to something lacking in detail. Conversely, it'd much rather listen to an eloquent, expressive flow of speech conveying images in consistently elaborate detail. Since you are still a beginner seeking fast improvement, I highly suggest listening to every image-streaming session twice. The first time, you should be paying full attention, but the second you can play it in the back round while doing something else.

Second, you should not be using your body's eyes or anything in its relation to image stream. I suggest to begin understanding what your mind is, as well as where it is. As an example, try closing your body's eyes and imagine a carrot on top of your head that's falling to the floor, then point to where the carrot is. Do you notice you are not pointing to your brain? It is because your mind is composed of the pictures that you see in your mind's eye, and your brain is actually something entirely separate. Your brain is merely a relay that fires neurons in the formulation of motor impulses. Consequently, you will never perceive your image-streaming from inside your head because your mind is located somewhere well outside your body.

Something that may help is to keep a dream journal, and just write, or
sketch, what you see there too. For me writing or sketching reenforces
the imagery and makes it clearer, and easy to go back to to see if
there are patterns or themes happening. I also keep a journal in
general as it helps me get rid of distracting thoughts.

>Yes, your right about the journal. It's worderfuly improving the
clarity of thought. I have both dream and regular journal. Dreams arn't
as consistant as it should, but getting better. I think i'm just
impatient. It's not happening fast enough.

Thanks alot for this Jesse. It makes alot of sense, and i'll start
immediately.

Ok,(bear with me)so when i describe a memory i am paying absolutly no
attention to what may be playing on my eyelids because i've now turn
within myself to imagine. But you say that i don't percieve from
inside my head. So, where should i look? ......Maybe i can find both
a new brain and a mind on Ebay for sale....because you've succeded
in utterly confusing me......I can understand how it's my mind, not
my brain that i'm looking at in my imagination. Apparently my problem
is i can seem to project my mind(or imagination and dim images) onto
my eyelids.

If you've read this and are done laughing at me, I'd like a little
more explination, Thanks
