As for noticing everyone as enlightened

Um. When you are more "awake" you tend to notice people as being in
an illusory world rather than enlightened. It's sort of difficult to
recognize them as "enlightened" sometimes. But sometimes you
do "project" your mental qualities onto people at times and that does
induce the perception that other people are enlightened. But mostly
they are not awake and full of beliefs that are often illusory.

Obviously, you are not very far along in your practice. You don't have a
clue as to what real awakening is! You exhibit all the signs of ego
inflation. Read Philip Kapleau.
