Going back

Hi,
   A very common operation in Foxfire is going back which is

accomplished with either Alt- LArrow keys or the go back
icon in the 
menu. Would it be possible for Firefox to designate the Z
key or the 
Ctrl-LArrow key so that going back can be accomplished with
one hand? 
Opera does this w/o a problem.
