I took Prilosec for my Taxotere/Decadron induced heartburn
and it completely eliminated that discomfort for me. I have
also found that my lower back and hip benefit from some
light swimming, which reduces gravity and helps relax the
muscles in my hip & back. I know it may not be possible
for you to get to a pool, but just a thought. A warm bathrub
or shower can sometimes also help, as do ThermalCare packs.
Its hard to deal with these concerns, but hopefully one of
our suggestions will help !

What you're describing sounds like acid reflux, rather
than congestive heart
failure. Why don't you try taking Prilosec and see if it
gets better?
