Question pain in right ribs area & taxol

I ve had 5 cycles of Taxol at 130ml today is suppose to be
my 6 ( weekly) but I am suffering chronic pain in the right
outer lower chest area, I ve reporter it to the Registrar as
the Prof onc.is overseas. 

Over the past 2 weeks the pain has increased, I saw my Doc
GP on Monday she thought it was the liver as it is swollen
but wasn't sure. The Taxol is working, both my breasts
soften  up, skin mets have all but disappeared, breathing is
much better but there is still fluid in lower pleural area
of right lung.

I want to keep doing Taxol but if it is effecting my liver I
am not sure & I don't know what is left for me to do.
'Have I already exhausted all my options?'. 

As there are drugs available in US that are not available
here ( Australia) or I will have to pay.

Started with an itch, breast enlarged over a period of 6
weeks became hot, nipple inverted, peau d' orange of skin. 2
weeks of antibiotics no change.

Officially DX July 2002
Core biopsy July 10 right breast er+ pr+  her2  2+ staining 
Skin Biopsy July 16 right breast er+ pr- skin involvement
Her2 1+ staining
3 cycles of (every 3 weeks) FAC stopped treatment - my
choice
No MRM due to skin involvement 
Recurrence 2003 still local 
Ad& Taxotere  Ad for 4 cycles - Taxotere for 6 Cycles
12 - Rads with bulbous - stopped treatment - my choice
2003- 2004 - chronic fluid retention, & increase of
appetite & lethargy - put on 60 pounds
2005 April- DX Mets - to left breast - pericardial infusion
-drain July 2005 - drained again
2005 Christmas eve - heart tamponade - ICU incubated -
Operation pericardial window.
Pulmonary drains both lungs for 3 weeks - avg 300 mls per
lungs per day
Xeloda 3000 - 6 mths
2006 lungs drained - June & September Dx Lymphangitis of
the lungs - weekly 
Taxol 130 tumour shrinking & softening of both breast,
still fluid in lungs, home oxygen.
