Dear Andrea,

Your onc's comment about everything in life coming with
choices sounds
like a lot my the approach of my lymphedema therapist when I
lived in
Missouri.  She said that when people have an activity that's
on the
"no-no" list that is really important to them,
there is usually a way
to find a way to include it in their lifestyle with some
modifcations.
