Yes, I had tingling in my toes and feet that appeared a
few weeks after
I stopped Taxol. It's neuropathy. I take mega doses of
Vitamin B6, too.
It helps a bit. I still have the neuropathy in my feet 3
years later. It
shouldn't affect future chemo. Just keep taking the B6
through the chemo---I
think it also has a preventive effect.

Dx 8/4/03 at age 52. Rash appeared 2/03. Misdiagnosed with
skin allergy.
Then misdiagnosed with mastitis 6/03-8/03. Biopsy 8/1/03.
ER+, PR+, Her2Neu-.
Portacatheter 8/21/03. Chemo 8/22/03 to 12/11/03: Dose
dense AC x 4, Taxol x 4,
all with Neulasta. Hospitalized with neutropenia 4 days
9/03. Neuropathy
hands and feet starting 12/03. Right MRM, left simple
mastectomy (prophylactic)
1/22/04, 11 nodes, all negative. Tumor 2.4 to 4 cm. Clear
margins.
Complications right large hematoma, PT 3/03-6/03. Radiation
6 weeks, bolus 3 x per
week, boost final week. Tamoxifen since late 2/03. Bone
scan clear 9/04. Now NED.
Bilateral lymphedema dx 11/04. PT manual lymphedema
drainage massage
starting 12/04. Switched to Arimidex 2/05. Dx low thyroid
3/05; rx with
levothyroxine. Still have considerable fatigue but am NED
8/05. Dx lymphedema in chest
and neck, 11/06.
