When you register for an exam, you have to sign that you will share
information about the exams with no one. Nonetheless I think it's only
fair to share the regulational details, I don't see how this could
hurt. So here you are:
The skill set inventory is a list of topics to learn. And I only can
say, follow this list. Exactly. Every single point. It's hard stuff,
it's really hard work to prepare for the exams.
Links: there are none; as mentioned, sharing information about the
exams is forbidden by Informatica.
The exams themselves are done by means of an online exam. 60 questions
(multiple-choice test, always four possible answers of which only one
is correct) of which 42 must be answered correctly in order to pass
the exam (70% correct answers). You have exactly one hour.
These exams are the hardest industry exams I've ever seen in my life.
If you take them, don't simply prepare well; prepare perfectly, you're
gonna need it.
