Keep the list civil

The first item to new subscribers to the list is:

   "1.Avoid negative comments about any individual. If
there is a problem
with someone on the list, then e-mail that person directly.
Also, avoid
mention of any names if the associated comment is not
positive."

Warnings have been given to various and sundry as this list
has become less
"civilized."  I will implement putting individuals
on "moderated" status if
I deem that action appropriate.
