FWIW, AIRS (Alliance of Information and referral Systems) publishes standards for human services databases in the Information and Referral (I&R) industry. I&R DBs are mostly catalogs of community services but vendors to the industry have developed case management components for most of them. Learn more at <http:///&gt;www.airs.org.
