We went through 4 developers in as many years before we finally hit on one we can really work with. As you can imagine, we had become pretty skittish?even defensive?by the time we gave the 5th one a try. We gave him a small project to start with, & since then, invested more & more of our operation. He hasn't let us down yet!
* available & responsive to my questions * asks me questions * makes the effort to understand what we want the program to do * not afraid to tell what he doesn't have expertise in * completes assignments very quickly * the builds themselves integrate very well * provides good documentation * fees are very reasonable
He's not located in Chicago, but has been able to do everything just fine from out-of-state. I'm the one who's been working with him the most, so I can definitely recommend Chris Edwards chris
