There is a good tutorial (with video) on how to do this at: http://www.mistupid.com/technical/mailmerge/ (Note: The domain name is a bit odd, but their tagline is "Information that everyone should know, wants to know, or forgot." They seem to have a wide variety of tutorials.)
Once the mailing labels are created, they can be saved as a Word file and then you can print them out whenever you wish, however if your donor list changes often, you should redo the mail merge.
