I am a doctoral student in social work at the University of Tennessee.
I work on a grant-funded project to implement a homeless management
information system in the local homeless service provider community.
In conjunction with this work, I am researching technological
diffusion/adoption within the human services sector. Does anyone know
of research currently being done or articles they have read that
