This is to announce the NorthStarDb is now officially available!

NorthStarDb is a straightforward, and affordaable contact managment tool for activist, fundraising,and other uses.

Since 2004 Clif Graves Consulting has been actively working on creating new constituent management tools for the nonprofit related community. NorthStarDb is a constituent management, Activist, and fund raising database designed to be an easy to use and flexible tool for the nonprofit related community. It is designed to work as a stand-alone program, or with the latest FileMaker versions (FM 8 and above) , or as a hosted Internet based software service.

NorthStarDb is the result of a two year plus development effort using lessons learned in developing and supporting ebase and over ten years of non-profit database development work. Input from many nonprofits clients around the country regarding what they want and need in a database informed design decisions for NorthStarDb.

* Store Names, Primary and Secondary Address, phone and email information.

* Flexible Contact name and address storage to allow accommodating or individual, family, and organization contacts.

* Store Payment, Pledge, and Membership information.

* Store voting/ political information.

* Store events and dates in the NorthStarDb Calendar.

* Use user defined "Items and Actions" to store a virtually unlimited number of custom contact characteristics, interests, and actions.

* Define easy to find groups inside your database with ether Items and Actions entries or quick find groups.

* Use build-in reports or design custom reports using FileMaker Pro.

* Export data for use in programs such as Word or Excel.

* Export data to a number of standard data formats including Excel and CSV.

* Designed for easy updating when new features are added.

ADVANCED FEATURES

* Export payment data directly to QuickBooks. (PC only - Requires extra cost FileBooks Link plug-in )
