If you are sticking with Verizon, use trio 650 or 700.
One of them us palm os, one of them use windows mobile. Both are very good.
If you use outlook heavily and has a exchange 2003 backend and would like to sync email. the windows mobile version is the way to go.
I personally use SDA from tmobile. It behaves like a phone and small enough to carry. Work very well.
