i,
I'm a big fan of our Mac. Without our Mac - I'd have nothing to take my frustrations out on. On those days when things are going smoothly and I need to sit and waste an hour or two - I turn on the Mac and attempt to do something only to find that...the network isn't working right or it doesn't have the right software or the software doesn't want to connect because something mystical isn't in alignment with the planets. Short of getting a young priest and an old priest to have a session with the Mac, I loathe its existence.
Now - put one of the other people in my office on the Mac and I swear it works beyond expectations performing flawlessly. Everyone knows that when I'm on the Mac, I need to be pulled away from it for fear it will meet a sudden death out the window and onto the streets below.
Moral of the story - I hate Macs. Others love them - do a poll...find out who really wants one and get them a new Mac. Do it one or two at a time until everyone who wants one, has one and anyone who doesn't...well...enjoys Ctrl+Alt+Del land.
Also go for the Macs that do both PC and Mac software.
Okay I've written this after spending an hour trying to FTP something to a server from the Mac and I'm....quite partial with my views.
Best.
