To the Oracle:



I know very little about technology that can translate text into other languages, such as translating English into Chinese.  Does anyone have experience or specific knowledge about where the tech sector is in terms of capacity to translate text automatically on the web?



My NP works with Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese communities, among others, so I'm particularly interested in technology that can manage translation into Asian languages.
