**Associate - Software Selection Consultant**
The candidate will need to have experience working with various non-profit software applications (CMS, CRM, fundraising/development software, etc) and general familiarity with the non-profit IT sector. Strong client relationship, project management, interpersonal and communication skills are required. CITI will provide necessary training for candidate with right aptitude and commitment to our mission.
**Senior Web Developer**
The Senior Web Developer will help client maximize the effectiveness of their web site, understand clients' missions and goals for their web presence, analyze requirements, develop information architectures, and work with designer to develop appealing highly-usable web sites. The Senior Web Developer will do development with technologies such as HTML, PHP, ColdFusion, SQL, JavaScript and other environments as needed.
Bachelors' degree or equivalent required. Three to five years experience is preferred in two or more of the following areas: web design, information architecture, web application development, requirements analysis, proposal writing and working in a consulting role. Commitment to community service is required and an understanding of nonprofit organizations and their culture is highly preferred. CITI will provide necessary training for candidate with the right aptitude and commitment to our mission.
**Systems Administrator **
The Systems Administrator typically provides on-site service and supports a variety of progressive nonprofits. The position involves troubleshooting software and hardware, installing and upgrading software, and some network administration. Some hands-on experience is required, and industry certifications such as A+ and MCP are preferable. Commitment to community service is required and an understanding of nonprofit organizations and their culture is highly preferred. CITI will provide necessary training for candidate with the right aptitude and commitment to our mission.
