(ISF) Temp IT Support and html code help

I am looking for a recommendation on a local (if you will)
temp IT support service in Western Mass.  Our needs range
from site to site tech support to PC staging.

I am also trying to figure out how to add the code to an
htmp page to link a text document.

Any info or help in either of these areas would be great.
