Dear ISF Colleagues,
One of my esteemed clients is a nonprofit organization that is about
to re-launch its web site. The production values, depth of services,
and navigation on the new site are probably going to be three or four
times better than the old site. It's exciting!
We're starting to talk about re-launch strategies for outreach and
marketing to the organization's stakeholders. Naturally, I have my
own notions about how to move forward, but I'm interested in everybody
else's recommendations for good articles on this topic that my clients
can read. I want to them to have a sense of the range of strategic
thinking that is out there.
